VTG 50s Bellhop National Animated Sign Co. Double Sided Advertising waving sign. Currently mechanically not working but overall I believe it's a simple mechanized system. Unsure if mechanics are included inside as I have not taken it apart. We've owned it for probably 30+ years and just had it repainted and has been on display in the house.
