Vintage Porcelain Flange Double Sided Sign Report Forest Fire Warden Phone

  

It has a maker's mark on one side on the bottom right corner that says, Baltimore Enamel 200 Fifth Ave. The sign does have some chips in the Porcelain in a few places and some discoloration spots on the yellow.
