THIS EARLY ILCO SIGN HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED, TOUCHED UP OR REPAINTED.. Bends, creases, holes etc etc.... I just picked this up today so i have no idea what will come off and won`t won`t.. Once again, i have not even put water on this!!! A MUST FOR YOUR COLLECTION..
