You can also accept Best Offers from buyers. Today's Used Car Special Sign. The sign is double sided approximately 4 feet by 8 feet on 1/4 plywood, professionally painted with two holes at the top to hang it.

As with most double sided signs one side is better than the other; in this case one side is for the most part simply dirty - the white blotch on the A in Special is more paint, possibly from repainting the building judging by the color. I'm not sure the actual age of the sign, in appearance it could fit in anywhere from the 1950s to the 1970s. Obviously it predates the use of plexiglass and molded signs; most dealers had to meet their franchise standards of appearance so perhaps looking at what dealers were allowed to do over the years may be a clue. My dad grew up right down the road a mile or so from this dealer, and he doesn't remember it, but it's not like the Tucker that was for sale on a car lot across town either, just a sign you only looked at if you were looking for a deal on a used car.

It's probably a one-off and the price is just a guess, you can make an offer if you like. I set it to automatically decline anything less than I'd take on it.

I quoted it for someone the other day and it's too big for Ground; the cheapest alternative is truck frieght, and how the heck do you strap this on a pallet so it doesn't get smashed? So I'd prefer you just come pick it up here in Syracuse.
