Item Specifics: Wood Sign Metal hangers. The sign is painted on board The board was painted white, and the letters are black and green It is framed in a black wood frame. This was a gift from my sister, who bought this sign in Pebble Beach, California. I'm an AVID sign collector. Signs from my personal collection. Too many signs, and not enough walls! 30"x 49" Flaws: Some paint loss due to being in the weather. Some scratches & and paint loss Some cracks to the wood. A piece of wood missing from the frame.

It could use a detailed cleaning. Most of the items we sell, come from. Unknown environments of previous owners.
